When Will I Get My Order?

*All delivery times quoted on this page are the delivery times quoted to us by the courier companies, they are not guaranteed by us and are completely outside of our control.

Estimated Delivery Dates are entirely dependent on each individual item being ordered, and your chosen shipping method. PO Box and Parcel Lockers may cause delay in delivery times.

Standard Delivery is 1-3 days to most locations throughout Australia, longer for some rural or remote areas + Processing time: 3-4 Business days

Express Delivery* is 1-2 days to most locations throughout Australia, longer for some rural or remote areas + Processing time: 1-2 Business day

Please note we will not be held accountable for:

Any of them missing delivery deadlines
late deliveries when the courier has failed to deliver the parcel and it has been taken back to the depot.
If your item is returned to us because of incorrect addressing or because delivery was attempted but not possible, you will be required to pay an additional delivery fee to have the parcel delivered again. So please ensure your address is correct!

If you are not in at the point of delivery the parcel could well be waiting for you to pick it up.

Who Will Deliver My Order?

For all our deliveries we use Australia Post and a variety of Courier Services to send the parcels to you in the fastest & cost-efficient way.

We ship our parcels via StarTrack Express Courier and Australia Post eParcel, depending on your location. Your shipment email will advise you of the relevant carrier.

Couriers do not deliver on weekends or Public Holidays.

Pick Up:

Unfortunately, we do not accept pickups from our warehouse location and our retail storefront with the exception of Balloon Gas Tank 4 Day Hire.

International Shipping:

Add your items to the cart and enter your delivery address in the Checkout to see delivery charges to your country. Charges are based on individual order weights.

Some international orders may get detained by local customs agencies. Party Savers cannot be held responsible for any customs or import fees or duties that may be applicable in your country. Please check with the appropriate authority to see if any taxes or duties apply before placing your order.

Please note: If an order gets held by customs, it may also delay delivery.

Tanks cannot be Shipped, pick up only.

Nozzles provided is not suitable for foil balloon inflation

The Small Helium Tank is designed to fill approximately up to 40 x 28 cms balloons

The Medium Helium Tank is designed to fill approximately up to 100 x 28 cms balloons

The Large Helium Tank is designed to fill approximately up to 300 x 28 cms balloons

A tank of Balloon gas only. Balloons and other accessories can be purchased separately for an additional cost.

A $100 bond for each tank is also required which is refunded upon return of the tank and regulator.

Bond of $100 is required for postcodes between 2000 and 2199. All other postcodes will incur an additional charge in bond which will be same as the lost or damaged equipment charges, please see below:

*Deposit cannot be refunded until both tank and nozzle have been returned.

Lost or Damaged:

Small (40) Balloon Tank - $95

Medium (140) - $295

Large (300) - $560

Nozzle - $50

Bond has to be paid by credit card only and it will be refunded to the same credit card you used to pay the bond, so please make sure to bring the card with you when your tank is due for return.

The bond is refunded upon return of the tank and the regulator being in working order. It is our policy that our staff instruct you on using your tank and regulator. Prior to leaving the store we will ensure that the tank is full and that your regulator is in working order. When travelling with the tank, please ensure the regulator is not attached as this may cause damage to the regulator.

Tanks should be returned to our store within 3 days after the event they are required for (e.g. if your party is on a Saturday, pick up your tank the day before or on the day of your party and then return it on the following Monday).

Any extra days will be charged at $5 per day late fees.

A valid identification and proof of address (e.g. Driver's License and valid ID showing address) is required to present upon picking up a helium tank.

No refund or credit note will be provided for unused tank.

You must call our store to check availability before booking for a helium tank, please book around 2 working days prior to your event so that we can ensure that we have a tank available for you. To avoid disappointment don't leave your booking to the last minute!
